Each week inside our free Love Peace Harmony Community, our Founder Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha's trained Leading Teachers share practical wellness wisdom and simple daily practices that encourage greater wellbeing, connection, and compassion.

One of the guiding ideas behind the Love Peace Harmony Foundation is that positive change begins close to home.
