Nazia has a background in engineering and also works as research coordinator in Qatar.
She is a wellness coach, author, and teacher who supports individuals and teams in transforming stress, emotional heaviness, and responsibility fatigue into clarity, balance, and grounded confidence. Her work integrates universal language, forgiveness practices, high-frequency transmission, and simple daily tools that empower people to shift from the inside out.
She offers courses, personal coaching, universal communication training, and group workshops focused on soulful boundaries, conscious communication, and emotional resilience. Nazia serves her communities with heart-centered service.
