A Trauma Therapist & Clinical Counsellor’s Perspective on LPHF’s Techniques to Boost Self-esteem and Self-respect

Many clients reach out to me because of issues in their relationships at work, with their partner, family members, and even with strangers. The underlying cause of these relationship challenges is often a lack of self-love, self-esteem, and self-respect. Within a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment, my clients have the opportunity to explore the origins of these unhealthy thoughts and emotions.

When I met the Founder of Love Peace Harmony Foundation, Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha, and personally experienced the Love Peace Harmony song, I felt compelled to share this transformative 5-sentence song with my clients. The effect was remarkable—I witnessed an immediate shift in their level of self-love. Dr. & Master Sha received this unique song in September 2005, and shared it with the intention to benefit all humanity.

As a grandmaster of Chinese calligraphy, he also created the transformative tools of the Love, Peace, and Harmony calligraphies, which, along with the song, creates a Love Peace Harmony Field. These calligraphies of Love — or Xiāng Ài in MandarinPeace — Píng Ān, and Harmony — Hé Xié, are written in a special style of Chinese script called One-Stroke Writing or Yī Bǐ Zì. This unique style combines the multiple strokes of traditional Chinese characters, much like Western cursive writing, into one continuous stroke, a feature that also gives it the name oneness writing. Since ancient times, calligraphy has been a method for self-refinement and cultivation of one’s character, a method that can bring the experience of greater love, peace, and harmony to one’s life. When one connects with the Love, Peace, or Harmony calligraphies, they are connecting with the messages of love, peace and harmony, and cultivating those qualities within themselves. 

One can connect to the Love Peace Harmony calligraphies through: 

  • Tracing the pathway of the calligraphy with gentle hand movements 

  • Following the pathway of calligraphy using gentle body movements 

  • Meditating in the presence of the calligraphy 

These simple practices can help one: 

  • Feel calmer and more centered 

  • Improve well-being and relationships 

  • Open one’s heart to create positive transformation in their life

These tools are safe and gentle ways to bring more love, peace, and harmony into one’s everyday life, as well as increase self-love, self-esteem, and self-respect.

During sessions, when I share the song with my clients, they recognize its purity and receive the frequency and vibration of this song. The vibrational field of Love Peace and Harmony is such that it can transform the negativity at the source of low self-love and self-respect. This song activates the messages of love, peace, and harmony within them. It is as if a switch inside the person is turned on, causing light to shine, vibrate, and radiate throughout their being. The practice is simple, and I encourage my clients to use these methods to enhance their self-love and self-respect, starting by using the following words to connect with the Love Peace Harmony Field, “Dear the Love Peace Harmony Field, including the Love, Peace, and Harmony calligraphies, and the Love Peace Harmony song, I love you, honor you and appreciate you. Please boost my self-love and self-respect. I am very grateful. Thank you.”

Then we sing, and sometimes also trace the pathway of the Love, Peace, and Harmony calligraphies. As we sing, “I love my heart and soul,” we connect with the deepest part of ourselves. The heart opens to receive the unconditional love and highest vibrational field and by singing this simple song, transformation is possible. Then we can extend this love to others: “I love all humanity. Join hearts and souls together.” What is the result? as the song says, “Love, peace, and harmony”. Can you imagine what the world would be like if we were calling humanity to join together every day? No more discrimination, distinctions, separations, and disconnections. Let’s hold this vision of Love Peace and Harmony in the world together. When we love ourselves, we can love others. When we respect ourselves, we can respect others.
